The Juno nor'easter is behind us and I think we can all agree on one thing: it pays to be prepared.

Based on the weather forecasts as well as our experience, we prepared for a multi-day event. A multi-day event is a significant undertaking, and we rely on the resources and skills of countless special teams to make it happen.

Thanks for being part of one of those teams Iast week. Your support positioned us well for the season's first blizzard. And it helped us meet our
customers' expectations, and do it safely.

Our customers trust us to keep them connected. We trust our network of storm responders to help make it happen. Thanks for hanging in there with us until our last customer was restored.

You were a lifesaver!

I'd like to extend my appreciation and thanks to you for playing an integral role in making possible our efficient, safe, speedy response to the Thanksgiving snow storm. We were able to address the outages affecting over 31,000 customers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts in under 72 hours. This was an outstanding feat for a weather event of this magnitude.

Thanks to our collaboration with you and other electric contractors, Unitil set the pace for restoration in our region. On behalf of our grateful customers, we thank you for your hard work alongside our crews in response to this event.

Everyone at Unitil would like to thank you for your critical role in our Thanksgiving snow storm response. We were able to restore power to more than 31,000 customers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts in under 72 hours. This was an extraordinary effort for a storm of this magnitude and impact.

Thanks to your support and that ofother electric contractors, Unitil set the pace for restoration in our region. We also truly appreciate the tremendous personal sacriffces you made, leaving your own families over the Thanksgiving holiday to aid our restoration efforts.
